We have been home for about 3 months. Today is June 15, 2020. I am starting a month long journey. It might be longer.

I’m starting this journey because I have worked really hard the last 3 months on my fitness journey and to take myself happier but it is not where I want it to be. My fitness needs a little bit of a push but in a healthy way. My happiness is here but I am taking too much time making others happy. I need to make myself happy and put myself before others needs and wants.

Nothing is accomplished if you’re truly not doing everything for yourself and being happy for yourself so here are a few of my challenges to myself that I will update on what I did to accomplish them.

Fitness Challenge: Get my 10,000 steps in a day. Get my workout in each day. I started the ChloeTing challenge today. Today was day 1: I had a full body hit workout and abs. Later in the day I went on a hike walk. I feel pretty accomplished today! 🙂

Happiness Challenge: Do something each day to spark happiness from within. Today I finished my Stats class. I got my certificate and I am pretty stoked about that. IT gave me a sense of accomplishment which it is! I need to stop playing as if everything I do is so nonchalant.

Physical Goal: So right now I am the heaviest I have been EVER in my life. I am about 131lbs. Just in February 2020 I was 117. I cannot have gained 13 lbs in about 3-4 months. This is going to change! I am 5’1 and my goal is to be 120lbs.

Food Goal: I don’t want to obsess over food. I started counting my calories about two weeks ago so I will adjust from there and give myself some flexibility in eating. I am vegetarian so it is a bit harder for me to hit all my macros and I am still figuring that out. I like to snack (esp. on chips).

Blogging Goal: I will blog DAILY about my experience and what I went through each day. Lets build a community!

For now, these will be the things I will be doing the next 30 days. To keep up with me, I will be uploading a video on YouTube once a week to see my progress. We will be weighing in once a week, every Monday! I will post that video on each Wednesday! I hope y’all join me on this journey 🙂
